Before I left horseshoe I was told by agent that the manager wouldn’t speak to anyone but to come back at 7 am to talk to new manager. Got to Caesar’s with my document horseshoe gave me and they said you only have one night and have to go back at check out at 11. Got to Caesar’s (was told by horseshoe) both nights compensated for and I would be fully refunded. Got sent across the street at 4 am pulling all my luggage with my party of 4. Everyone of us had paid and there were no rooms. Manager refused to come out (Shawn) and be spoken to.
Video was taken of agent screaming (jannika) in customers faces and flipping them off.
Got there at 11:30 pm and waited until 3:30 am along with 50 other guests. Got to hotel, waited for 4 hours - no rooms Horseshoe was the hotel we booked through and paid.
